Kenneth Morgan Biggs

Kenneth Morgan Biggs is a Co-Founder and Managing Shareholder of Biggs & Greenslade, P.C. Mr. Biggs is from Henderson, Rusk County, Texas where he lives with his family and attends the First United Methodist Church.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Biggs spent his entire adult life in public service. His career began in amphibious special operations in the United States Marine Corps before returning to East Texas to pursue a career in law enforcement. Mr. Biggs served two tours in Iraq during the Iraqi Police Reconstruction Mission operating as an explosives K9 handler and embassy executive protection. After returning to the United States and completing law school, Mr. Biggs became an Assistant Criminal District Attorney in Smith County, Texas. As a trial prosecutor, Mr. Biggs has handled thousands of criminal cases and tried over 100 cases to a jury ranging from misdemeanors to murders. During his career as a prosecutor, Mr. Biggs was assigned as the lead felony prosecutor in each of the three Smith County District Courts, the Acting First Assistant Criminal District Attorney in Smith County, Texas and the First Assistant District Attorney in Shelby County, Texas.

Mr. Biggs also continues to maintain his Peace Officer’s License and currently serves as a volunteer reserve deputy sheriff for the Smith County Sheriff’s Office. Recently, Mr.Biggs assisted and acted as an advisor during the development of Smith County’s Felony Veteran’s Treatment Court Program, where he currently sits as a member of the steering committee.


John Greenslade

John Greenslade is the Co-Founder and Managing Shareholder of Biggs & Greenslade, P.C. Mr. Greenslade is an East Texas native, born and raised in Kaufman, Texas. Mr. Greenslade graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He then graduated from law school in 2010. After law school, Mr. Greenslade returned to East Texas and joined a large Insurance Defense Firm representing insurance companies and corporations for eight years. During this time, Mr. Greenslade gained invaluable experience in all aspects of litigation.

Mr. Greenslade oversees all aspects of personal injury and insurance defense litigation for Biggs & Greenslade, P.C. Mr. Greenslade has extensive background in large and complex cases both in state and federal courts. During his legal career, he has tried cases to verdict in Harrison, Gregg, Cherokee, Rusk, Smith, Van Zandt, Dallas, Kaufman, Wood, Bowie, Limestone, Anderson, and Nueces Counties. Mr. Greenslade is licensed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and State Bar of Texas.

Mr. Greenslade resides in Tyler, Texas with his wife, Summer, and their three boys. They are members of South Spring Baptist Church. In his spare time, Mr. Greenslade enjoys spending time with his wife and coaching his sons’ little league teams.


Sara Pegg

Sara Pegg is the Office Manager and Legal Assistant for Biggs & Greenslade, P.C. She is a born and raised “Tylerite” and graduate of Robert E. Lee High School. She attended Tyler Junior College where she obtained her Associates Degree in Business Management. Mrs. Pegg is an experienced Office Assistant with a history of working in the legal services industry.

Mrs. Pegg and her husband, Tyler, have a two-year old daughter who keeps them busy outside of work. She enjoys nature, photography and spending time with her family.


Joy Bryan

Joy Bryan is a Legal Assistant for Biggs and Greenslade, P.C. She grew up in Henderson, Texas, where she graduated from Henderson High School. She moved to Tyler, Texas, and attended Tyler Junior College, where she obtained her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. She then attended the University of Texas at Tyler, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Psychology. In her spare time, Ms. Bryan enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
